Roatan Airport Shuttles
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings and services provided by Roatan Airport Shuttles (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By booking with us via our website, WhatsApp, or in person, you (“the Client,” “you,” “your,” “passenger”) agree to the following terms.
We provide island shuttle services, bundled individual rides and island-wide transfers in Roatan, Honduras.
Transportation services are fulfilled through subcontracted drivers on behalf of Roatan Airport Shuttles who are licensed, insured, and authorized under Honduran law.
Bookings can be made via our website or WhatsApp.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Payments accepted:
Online: Credit Card, PayPal.
On-site:PayPal, or Cash.
Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 24 hours before booking date.
For fully paid reservations:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a refund minus a $15 transaction fee.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a forfeit of the total deposit amount.
No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
Drivers will wait up to 2 hours at the airport or port of entry.
If a flight is delayed, the booking will be honored at no extra charge.
If the client does not show up and provides no notice, the booking is considered completed and no refunds will be issued.
All passengers are required by law to wear seatbelts at all times.
All vehicles and drivers are insured under Honduran law; however, we do not provide personal travel insurance for passengers.
The Company is not liable for:
Missed flights, cruise ship departures, or other connections due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Loss, theft, or damage of luggage or personal belongings.
Prices are calculated based on distance.
Additional charges apply for:
Excessive waiting time beyond the included 2 hours.
Late-night pickups.
Baby/child seats (required for children under 2 years old).
Oversized luggage (over 50 lbs or exceeding 1.5 meters in any dimension).
Clients must provide accurate flight information, pickup, and drop-off locations. Incorrect details may result in service delays or missed pickups.
Passengers may not smoke or consume illegal substances inside the vehicles.
Pets are only permitted with prior notice.
Soft drinks, water, and snacks are permitted.
Group bookings are welcome.
We accommodate children of all ages.
Children under age 2 must be seated in a child seat, which can be requested in advance for an additional charge.
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time.
Deposits for bundled rides are partially refundable if canceled before the first ride is used, subject to a $15 processing fee to cover bank and PayPal charges. Once the first ride has been completed, bundles are non-refundable.
Any unused rides after the 7-day validity period will automatically expire. Unused rides cannot be credited, refunded, or rolled over to future bookings.
Bundle prices are fixed at the time of purchase and are not subject to future price adjustments.
Bundled rides apply to transfers within the center and west regions of Roatan. Pickups or drop-offs in East End communities are subject to additional charges or may count as two rides from the bundle.
Additional fees (e.g., late-night pickups, baby/child seats, oversized luggage, or waiting time beyond 2 hours) apply to bundled rides under the same terms outlined in Section 6
The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for service delays, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, civil disturbances, or government restrictions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Honduras. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Honduran courts.
