If you’d like to add more people to your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up so we can update your booking and make the necessary arrangements. Additional charges may apply depending on group size.
For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals section of the airport located near the exit of the airport. You will see our chauffeur clearly identified with a sign with our logo or with your name.
For other pick-up locations, your driver will meet you at the main entrance or will coordinate with you via call, WhatsApp or Email.
