Great all around experience! Smooth process. Excellent communication with the arrival and departure trips. Don Jose was our driver but felt more like a tour guide. Adrian saved the day Adrian Jimenez saved the day. We were on a tour with a great local guide when the car broke down near the end of the tour. Adrian showed up immediately to transport us to the last stop and then back to the ship. We learned loads of interesting facts about Roatan from Adrian. It was a pleasure to meet him. Roatan! Nereyda and Mario were both amazing for pick up and drop off. They were on time and made sure to be somewhere easy to find. They communicated well with me to ensure I did not get lost (which is easy for me to do 😂). They were very knowledgeable about the island and gave me good tips on things to do while I was there. Roatan Airport Shuttles was absolutely excellent all the way around. Their staff easily communicated throughout my trip and both my drivers Joe and Nereyda were excellent!
