Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Deposits are refundable (minus a 5% transaction fee) if cancellation occurs 24 hours before booking date and time.


2. Cancellations for Fully Paid Reservations

  • 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup:
    Refunds will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.

  • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup):
    A 30% cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No-shows without prior notice:
    Bookings will be considered completed and no refunds will be issued.


3. Flight Delays & Schedule Changes

  • If your flight is delayed, your driver will still honor your booking at no additional charge.

  • Drivers will wait up to 2 hours from the scheduled arrival time. Beyond this, additional waiting time charges may apply.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically between 5–10 business days.


5. Force Majeure

In the event of weather disruptions, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or other events beyond our control, Roatan Airport Shuttles may need to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
